   At Flagship Pioneering, I lead the Digital Business Partnership function, responsible for aligning digital strategy with business priorities across the enterprise. My team serves as the strategic interface between business domains and the broader Digital & IT organization, supporting scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.We oversee the full digital lifecycle for Flagship Labs and Pioneering Business Units (PBUs), beginning at the ProtoCo stage and continuing through NewCo scaling and GrowthCo transition. This includes direct ownership of the Digital Launch and Operational Growth Transition (OGT) playbooks, which ensure consistency, scalability, and readiness as companies evolve.Our group also provides strategic digital partnership across other key business domains, including:Pioneering Medicines, a research and clinical development organization that collaborates with Flagship Labs and global pharmaceutical partners to advance early-stage clinical assetsPioneering Intelligence, which drives Flagship’s enterprise AI and data strategy, including the development of a shared data exchange platformInternational regions (UK and APAC), where we support business development, academic partnerships, and regional digital enablementWe lead intake and prioritization of digital initiatives, sponsor domain-level roadmaps, and coordinate with business leadership on planning and investment alignment. In partnership with IT delivery, the Office of the CIO, and Digital Centers of Expertise, we ensure that digital priorities are scoped, governed, and delivered in alignment with business objectives and lifecycle needs.
