Responsible for leading a team of 16 Consultants across seven sites in the design of streamlined reporting processes that collapse production time from hours to minutes, the delivery of analysis uncovering the current health of the organization, and the creation of SharePoint tools providing visibility and management of operational processes •Designing capacity reporting through partnerships with Enterprise Finance, Process Management, Data Management and Functional Operation Leaders. Solution is flexible and scalable utilizing SQL, SSIS, and Tableau to extract and transform existing data at the source. Metrics and definitions are standardized, with monthly results published to interactive dashboards that roll up or drill down as needed. Strategies are then developed with Ops leadership to align staffing with anticipated production levels. •Responsible for the creation of executive level reporting and running leadership meetings to “tell the story” of WLO to the Heads of Commercial Banking and the Chief Operations Office, focusing on business highlights, throughput, quality, SLA and trending analysis covering 24 functional areas •Executing support requests for maintenance on over 200+ SharePoint sites, including updates to existing sites, management of new builds, and the migration to the SharePoint Online (SPOL) environment •Anticipate customer needs through improvement initiatives that streamline the manual nature of data collection and reporting, resulting in time saved for the business, reduced risk through fewer manual data entry points, and more repeatable and reproducible processes •Supporting leaders with strategic efforts including the COVID response to shift 4K team members remote, evaluating the future state location footprint, and coordinating the post-COVID return to office •Partner with offshore reporting team in India to transition the work of approximately 4 FTE to expand capacity of US resources and provide additional coverage to our customers
