ABOUT JEFFREY PITMAN
I have 29 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing injured individuals and families. Over the past 19 years I have focused on helping residents of nursing homes, group homes, assisted living facilities, and other long term care facilities and their families hold these facilities accountable for preventable injuries and wrongful death. I’ve obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts including a verdict for $11 million in January 2019. PKSD has 2 nurses who assist in the review and preparation of cases. I enjoy building the practice and relationships with other attorneys and professionals. Our goal is to handle every case like it was our own case. We provide excellent client service and representation. I want our staff to enjoy working at PKSD and helping our clients. I enjoy speaking about nursing home resident rights and preventing nursing home abuse and neglect.
