Daily tasks included coordinating activities and processes and overseeing IMT Staff and Faculty Support Technicians as well as our Help Desk Staff. Worked with other teams and upper management on planning projects involving support staff, helped develop processes and policies for our department, initiated orders/requisitions for equipment needs, etc. including asset management program, was part of the team that spearheaded our Online Education program logistics when we started Online back in 2007.Management of hardware and software support for both staff and faculty, researching and resolving hardware and software issues ranging from email problems with Outlook on both Mac and PC, Outlook on Windows, Outlook on Mac and now the new Office Suite 2018 for Mac with Outlook. Imaging and setup of new machines, both Mac and PC, installing and setup of software such as Adobe CS Master Collection, Office for Mac and Windows, and more. I have also become versed in working with Absolute Manage software for both monitoring machines on the network as well as installing software and Operating System upgrades remotely.
