The Operations Director for the Learning Experience Media team leads the Meda Team in operational excellence by- Connecting the Learning Experience team’s workflow to Learning Experience and cross-functional partners\' workflows seamlessly for Video Production units- Regularly conducts retros and implements process improvement in conjunction with Production Managers- Managing our platforms for both day-to-day operations, and understanding and preemptively planning for needed migrations, decommissions, migrations, etc as related to Exam Prep Standardization efforts or in service of MSP clients- Integrated AI-powered tools for code generation, image creation, and video editing to streamline the production of training content and optimize creative workflows- Managing our vendor relationships - assessing them for cost and application efficacy and seeking out new solutions as applicable to Production Teams challenges- Drives our efforts around data by working with cross-functional teams and regularly providing to the Media and LX Team writ large analyzed and accessible data to improve service for Learning Experience partners, for learners, and for the business- Is a key member of the Leadership Team planning for our strategic success, responds to the needs of the team- Advocates for implementing practices that increase efficacy, drives down costs and creates a better learning product.
