Lead the Data Services department in managing and supporting enterprise-wide data systems and business intelligence platforms. Managed Alteryx, SharePoint, SSRS, and on-premise and cloud databases. Pioneered enterprise solutions for the larger business intelligence team of 30 developers including tools and processes to provide a better development environment with 70% increase in efficiency, transformed slow data processes into complex data pipelines, optimized data objects around performance and reusability and launched initiatives of procedures for governance administration, support, and documentation. Spearheaded the development to systematically create source to target lineage and meta data documentation from Alteryx ETL’s, stored procedures, and views/tables to Tableau dashboards into a data catalog. Added search tools into the catalog to cut down developer’s research time by 85% for resolving bugs, rapidly accelerating development time and allowing for easy reusability. Pioneered a new data strategy for the entire BI team around governance, architecture, system monitoring, issue management, training, security, licensing, and automation.
