WHAT I PROVIDE: A extensive background acquired from years of defense contracting where I started as a Electronics technician and became a Project Manager for Information Technology and Communication Services Firm. All Project managers were required to become Quality Assurance Representatives. This was to insure each department or project for the military defense contract had the highest level of quality and safety. The hardware & software communication equipment was inspected by a QA representative such as myself. I am effective in quickly identifying various types of system issues, while my experience enables me to provide immediate solutions. My role as a Project manager and my experience as a Quality Assurance representative landed me a new position as a Engineering Consultant working on solution delivery projects around the world for Utility company’s. I have proven results across a variety of dynamic assignments in fast paced environments. MY KEY STRENGTH:Communication is most important, builds relationships with peers and customers. Communication with clarity in roles and projects is how I lead. By learning how to be an effective communicator while utilizing my natural skill set in problem solving, along with my industry experience, makes me a valuable asset and able perform at the highest level.WHERE I EXCEL:My natural ability to stay focused and organized, helps me excel and provide solutions based on my experience for various type communication issues. Being extremely detailed has helped me identify potential issues before they can become problems. Being creative and innovate on ways to be more efficient or more effective has helped save on overhead as well as increased safety. I am always ready for my next challenge and ready to contribute to the success in any team environment. I am a strong leader that has respect for great leadership.
