The primary purpose of this position is to administratively manage the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) under the direct guidance of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) within your assigned Air National Guard Service Component. Ensuring mission readiness to foster a drug-free environment through a comprehensive program of education, prevention, deterrence, and detection of illicit or prescription drug abuse; for all personnel under the purview of applicable military regulations and host-tenant agreements pertaining to the Air National Guard Drug Demand Reduction Program.•Serve as a focal point for administering the installation drug testing program and is responsible for the day to day urine specimen collection activities, to include the actual urine collection process.•Ensure specimens are collected, packaged, and shipped/transported to the drug testing laboratory according to the forensic requirements as outlined, and any supplemental guidance established by AFMOA. •Shall communicate discrepancies to the DDRPM and proposed resolutions to reduce the number of untestable discrepancies to the WDDRPM and COTR.•Safeguard any sensitive medical information that testing may generate, and submit all printed or hard copy DDRP testing or related documents to the WDDRPM.•Shall establish and ensure specimen collection chain of custody procedures are followed and documented.•All deviations from established DDRP testing procedure (i.e. suspected adulteration of specimen, refusal to test, etc.) shall be reported to the WDDRPM and documented on a MFR within the same business day of the collection.•Ensure the DDRP collection process and scheduled testing day activity requirements are meet.
