Jeff is a professional and experienced project leader who puts safety first. With over a decade of experience in commercial and industrial spaces - he has experience from the front lines to the board room. Jeff has had the opportunity to work in many different roles within organizations and has a unique perspective on how to lead high performing teams to achieve objectives while maintaining high client satisfaction. He has overseen multiple multi-million-dollar projects, regularly managing teams of over 20 and up to 50 people while ensuring project deliverables are met with the utmost safety and quality. Jeff is experienced in sourcing and hiring and negotiating with local and international employees, suppliers, and contractors for labor, raw materials, finished parts, and installation contracts. He also has expertise in overseeing complex procurement and supply chain management processes from strategic sourcing to logistics planning both locally and internationally.Jeff’s vast experience as a project and construction manager where he always served as a safety advocate, overseeing health and safety initiatives, is another testament to his dedication to safety. He was also responsible for full turnkey building packages, vertical farms and solar plants valued up to over $200 million, acting as an EPC with oversight on teams in engineering, procurement, and construction (including quality and safety) from FEED to closeout. As a part of leadership teams on projects as large as $4 billion his experience in client relations has equipped him with the skills to deal directly with client needs and change requests, qualifying, quantifying, and implementing as applicable. Jeff’s experience at some of the world’s largest EPC’s has provided him with the skills to end to end operations of a mix of client projects simultaneously, managing competing demands concurrently, coordinating with clients, and ensuring project success.
