Oversee a portfolio of 57 direct LIHTC investments valued in excess of $700MM. Perform all general asset management functions including tracking construction draws, monitoring construction and stabilized performance, asset review reporting, assessing and mitigating project risks. Manage the release of all equity and developer fee payments. Interpret, implement and negotiate terms of partnership agreements and loan documents. Coordinate permanent loan conversion process consisting of review of draft permanent loan documents, cost cert review, DSCR analysis, and calculating basis and timing adjusters. Draft and present complex transaction approval requests to bank\'s credit committee. Direct Year 15 dispositions as projects reach end of compliance period. Interact with relationship managers, general partners, developers, outside counsel, construction lenders, permanent lenders and other third party vendors.
