I have over 35 years\' experience managing some of the largest water and wastewater construction projects in the United States. I am seeking a new position based in Charlotte, NC as a direct hire or as a consultant through my company Western Construction Advisors, LLC. Western Construction Advisors staff includes experienced Construction Managers and Inspectors. We offer consulting services and/or construction oversight to assure that your project is completed on schedule, under budget and to the quality standards that you expect.
