A proven leader, team-builder and industry veteran with 35+ years of experience in Consumer Insights and Research. Career highlights include an impressive track record of entrepreneurship having established the London Office for a Canadian global research-based consultancy as its Managing Director in the early 1990s and as a founding member of Northstar Research Partners in the late 1990s, where before joining Deloitte he held the position of CEO. He boasts a body of work that spans a range of sectors and geographies leveraging both qualitative and quantitative techniques to provide his clients with business-relevant insights on their consumer, category, competition and cultural trends, to manufacture competitive advantage. Advancing the conversation on brand development, innovation and positioning research, Jeff has developed new methodologies and participated on various client task forces with the mandate to re-invent and develop brand ideas. He is a past recipient of the prestigious David Ogilvy Research Award for his role in the development of an award-winning advertising campaign. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
