My retail expertise is vast having held roles at all levels and currently a Regional Director of Operations at Byrider. Previously Vice President Regional Store Director for Bon Ton Stores, and Vice President Market Manager overseeing 101 stores for JCPenney. I have been recognized for my ability to identify and promote high potential talent, awarded Regional District Manager of the Year, and selected to an elite group of executives to join the JCPenney Masters Program. While at Kohl\'s, I launched the largest new market in company history opening 26 stores in 18 months and led my market to rank #2 of 84.
