At a principal level, I have achieved a wealth of experience through determination, humbleness, and proven results in program and project management in the gas, electric, energy renewables, critical infrastructure, and facility management industries, as well as additionally leading process management initiatives utilizing lean management and six sigma process improvement strategies. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2013, PMP boot camp educator. and now part-time Lecturer / Associate Professor of Graduate-level Project Risk Management. LSS Green Belt Certification training completed Aug 2018 with Lean Methods Group. Previous Top Secret clearance.My strengths include Program development and maturity from the ground up to sustainability, program risk assessment and processes evaluation, program integration into Operations, financial analysis using qualitative and quantitative techniques, long-term strategic planning, Project Management PMP education and employee development. Specifically working with Energy Utilities across the US to plan, develop, build, and validate Grid Mod technologies to make the grid more reliable, resilient, and safe. Additionally teach and mentor Actalent project teams working on all aspects of grid improvements, from grid hardening to (C & SP) new customer construction and system work. My goal: to prepare the next gen of PM and PgM talent with the needed project management knowledge, skills, and abilities to tackle everything from BESS, VVO, ADMS, VPP, DSS, and any other emerging technology.
