I am an operations and supply chain leader with 10+ years of global experience managing large-scale product delivery, supplier networks, and cross-functional teams across the U.S, China, and Europe. My work centers on helping Fortune 500 and high-growth brands strengthen supply chains, accelerate speed-to-market, and optimize manufacturing and procurement strategy.Across roles in retail technology, consumer products, and sustainability innovation, I’ve led multimillion-dollar programs, driven cost reductions, and secured long-term client partnerships. I work comfortably in ambiguity, diagnosing operational constraints and designing data-driven improvements that scale.My professional experience is grounded in eight years working in China, building end-to-end product development capabilities, leading PM teams, and navigating complex manufacturing and supplier ecosystems. I bring an analytical and collaborative approach to problem-solving, and I am passionate about helping organizations build resilient, tech-enabled supply chains.I hold an MBA from The George Washington University (GPA 3.9), speak Mandarin Chinese, and am seeking a PMP certification.
