ABOUT JEFFREY GOFFMAN

Jeff Goffman is a Partner at Webster Equity Partners. He co-leads Physician Practice Management, Post-Acute Services, Women’s & Children’s Services, and is active in Payor Services & Value Based Care. Jeff was the CEO and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC (“ION”), a national oncology company. During his leadership, ION owned more than 50 oncology centers across 17 states in partnership with more than 400 physicians and many prestigious healthcare systems in the United States. ION was sold to Cardinal Health in 2024. Jeff was the CEO and Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp, one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States with 40 centers owned and affiliated with more than 100 physicians. OnCURE was sold in 2006. Jeff was a Co-Founder and active partner of Affiliated PET Systems, LLC, which provided PETCT services to oncologists and hospitals in the Washington D.C. area and was sold in 2014. Jeff was the CEO and a Founder of U.S. Diagnostic, Inc.(“USD”), a radiology physician practice management company and a leading consolidator of diagnostic imaging facilities. He took USD public and grew USD to 120 centers in 19 states.Jeff was the CEO of Satellite Healthcare, a Non-Profit kidney company. Jeff Goffman is an inactive licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Jeff Goffman was inducted into the Barney School of Business Alumni Hall of Fame in 2014. Jeff is Chairman of the Board and a long time Board Member of CureDuchenne, a non-profit dedicated to saving the lives of boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and a member of the American Cancer Society’s CEO’s Against Cancer & the former Chair of the California chapter.
