About Jeff Flynn

Jeff joined Citi Ventures in 2022 and leads the team\'s efforts in Lending & Proptech, SMB banking & Fintech, and LP investing. He is also the founder of Noho Ventures, where he has led early investments in Inspectify, Kin Insurance, Maxwell, Overmoon, Pacaso, Pronto Housing, and others. Prior to joining Citi, he was a Venture Partner at Fifth Wall and Rotor Capital. Earlier in his career, he was the co-founder and head of Assurant Ventures, where he led early investments in and was a board observer for now-public companies Doma, SmartRent, Vacasa, and others. Prior to joining Citi, Jeff led investments in 15 companies, 7 of which have seen valuation appreciation of 10x or greater since initial investment. He started his career in investment banking, growth equity, and corporate strategy, and has a MBA from Darden and a BA from Columbia.
