Converted a business development team to a commission based services sales team delivering over $300M in sales in North America- Year 1 produced 44% growth - Year 2 Produced 69% growthIncreased Deal Size 300% in the $2-$5M range and delivered 4 deals greater than $5M and a $15M deal, which had never been accomplished prior. Accomplishments are direct results of implementing Franchise Plans and creating a new product in Enterprise Services Agreements. Both adopted as a global standard.Expanded the sales organization to include product leads in order to increase productivity of services sellers. This was then adopted as a global standard. Also added an entry level sales position to support services sellers and drive opportunities too small for existing sellers. As a result quotas were increased 40% on average. We also now have in house talent to develop and promote into large deal services sellers.Leveraged Celonis and process optimization to automate the analysis of the services sales methodology and gain insights to sellers and opportunities trends in order to more accurately forecast and enable.Lead the concept of a \"Single Story\" for all services products which is now being leveraged as the global message.
