Scientist, inventor, entrepreneur focused on Improving Lives with Precision Diagnostics®, the foundation for precision medicine. Invivoscribe, Inc, is a vertically-integated Ecosystem, a cutting-edge biotech company that designs and builds the diagnostic hardware, software, and analytics tools that oncologists and pharmaceutical companies need to optimize care for cancer patients. Precision Dx requires vertical integration, so in our first 28 years we founded 7 wholly-owned companies in 5 countries, all without outside funding. Our R&D, quality/regulatory, data analytics, FDA-registered cGMP manufacturing teams are located in the US, with clinical labs, sales/marketing/distribution teams in the US, Europe, Japan and China. We are EN ISO 13485:2016 accredited, IVDR compliant, and governed by a proven Quality Management System. We develop assays, machine learning tools and data analytics, companion diagnostics, and instruments, providing services to physicians, pharma partners, clinical labs, cancer research & treatment centers in >160 countries. We are platform agnostic but only provide products and services that we develop. Products include Flow, PCR and NGS based assays, gene panels, and test kits with machine learning and data analytics to detect clonality, driver mutations, and track the immune response and efficacy of cancer drugs and therapies. We work internationally with regulatory agencies and pharma to accelerate drug approvals worldwide. The FDA, EMA, and regulatory authorities in Switzerland and Australia approved our LeukoStrat® CDx FLT3 Mutation Assay as the companion diagnostic to identify FLT3+ AML patients for the Novartis drug, midostaurin. Our CDx was also approved with the Astellas drug, gilteritinib, in Japan, the US, and EU, and approved with Daiichi Sankyo\'s drug, quizartinib, in Japan. Our LabPMM labs provide CDx testing and clinical tests worldwide. LabPMM is also the Market Authorization Holder for CDx kit sales in Japan, where our CDx receives reimbursement. Our nucleic acid- and flow-based Dx and MRD assays, gene panels, data analytics and enrollment services are being used in ~200 international studies and clinical trials by >70 clinical & pharma partners. Aside from my kids, my greatest satisfaction in life comes from the stellar international team we have built at Invivoscribe during these 28 years. I publish in precision medicine, am a member of AMP, ASH, ASCO and EHA. I received my undergrad degree in Biochemistry from UCLA; a PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from UCSB. The company is a regional sales and distribution center for Invivoscribe®, Inc, which is located in San Diego, California. Our dedicated SARL staff provide comprehensive sales support and limited technical support to our many EU customers. The majority of our EU customers purchase and use our CE-marked (soon to be IVDR registered), IVD products.
