I’m Jeffrey Denomme, Director of Preconstruction, Eastern District at Aypa Power. I bring a strong foundation in engineering, paired with practical, hands-on experience across complex infrastructure projects. I’m a proactive leader who thrives on solving problems, driving innovation, and delivering results—independently and within high-performing teams. Safety, clear communication, and accountability are central to how I lead.I hold a BSc.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, with a minor in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship. My recent professional focus has been on advancing leadership and strategic capabilities at both functional and organizational levels.Over the course of my career, I’ve held roles in underground mine distribution design, system automation, commissioning, nuclear project management, and contract administration—managing project backlogs exceeding $150M. My early years focused on system design and field execution. After starting out as a technologist in 2004, I later transitioned to full-time studies in 2013 to complete my degree, strengthening my capabilities in continuous improvement and technology-driven business operations.While my core strengths lie in project management and contract execution, I’m currently focused on team development and process framework design. I’m also actively interested in advanced process systems, 3D manufacturing, and emerging renewable energy technologies.
