   Currently design education programs and projects as part of proposal teams. As technical lead and writer, I manage aspects of the business development process, and also contribute to authoring technical proposals in many areas of development: education, workforce development, youth development, community resilience, organizational capacity strengthening, higher education, environmental conservation, anti-child labor and instructional technology. In my position, I also support multiple projects with deliverables (e.g. training guides, coaching guides) and monitoring and evaluation - for projects in middle school reading and in education in conflict-affected areas. I also assist field teams in analyzing baseline and formative data to be included in reports to donors (e.g. USAID) and Ministries of Education. My research and design work has taken me to South Sudan, Afghanistan, Haiti, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal, and Morocco. I work on all aspects of project design: from theories of change and logic models to implementation plans, organizational structures and performance monitoring. I support ongoing work of the Education in Conflict practice area, and work at a very high professional level in Francophone and Arabophone countries.
