Leadership Excellence:Building on their remarkable career in the Navy, Jeff Brosowske transitioned into an advisory role, serving as an advisor to Power School students. In this role, they demonstrated exceptional leadership development and management skills while directly supervising a cohort of 90 students. Jeff guided and supported these students in various aspects of their academic journey, including study techniques, stress management, and character development. Their mentorship and guidance have been instrumental in helping students unleash their true potential. Education and Mentorship:During their tenure on shore duty, Jeff Brosowske capitalized on their expertise and passion for education by instructing in chemistry, materials science, and radiological fundamentals. Operational Excellence:After separating from the Navy, Jeff Brosowske joined the Graphic Packaging International team at the Texarkana Mill, assuming the role of Operations Maintenance Coordinator in the Power and Recovery department. In this critical position, Jeff is responsible for maintenance and operations planning, budget control, and optimizing productivity and reliability.
