Leading a cross-sector industry consortium providing enhanced cybersecurity defense through collaborations for a trusted network of information security teams from over 25 companies and other large organizations in the region. NEOCC operates on an ISAC (information sharing and analysis center) model and has added new members each year since inception. I led the founding members through a discovery process to identify key elements of value to be delivered though the organization, designed programs, built the business model and financial/administrative systems, secured vendors and manage operations. I work closely and coordinate the contributions of volunteer leaders of all levels of seniority within member organizations. Our mission also includes talent and workforce development with our academic members, and public engagement to enhance the cybersecurity and resilience of the region.
