As President and CEO of Kingsgate Logistics, I lead a 100% employee-owned, family-founded third-party logistics company with nearly four decades of proven performance, innovation, and customer advocacy.Founded in 1986 by my parents, Kingsgate has grown into a nationally respected logistics organization built on integrity, accountability, and an unrelenting commitment to client success. I joined the company at its inception after three years in the LTL and brokerage sector, and have spent my entire career helping shippers solve complex transportation and supply chain challenges.In 2008, my wife, siblings, and I acquired the business and began a focused transformation—investing heavily in technology, talent, and scalable processes. Since then, we have expanded our capabilities, strengthened our operating discipline, and built a world-class team united by a shared ownership mindset and passion for service.Today, as an employee-owned organization, every team member at Kingsgate has a personal stake in delivering exceptional results. That ownership culture fuels our ability to provide customized, data-driven, and highly responsive logistics solutions—tailored to each customer’s unique needs.I hold a degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a professional certificate in Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School Online.
