This position is within the Offie of the Chief Engineer at the Architect of the Capitol\'s office where I am primarily responsible for approximately $40M operating budget including payroll and non-payroll times. This payroll supports approximately 300 FTE and various contracts and services and comes with a financial delegation and responsibility. In addition to these financial duties and the elements outlined below a significant focus area is the streamlining of internal processes and procedures to ensure equal and consistent application of policies. Additional function/responsibilities include: 1. Budget Formulation and Execution including Financial Management 2. Acquisition, Assistance and Material Management 3. Strategic Planing, Evaluation, Analysis and Reporting 4. Supervisory Responsibility for a staff of 4 5. Human Capital Management Activities.
