   As Duke Chapel\'s first Associate Director of DevelopmentAs a dynamic fundraising and donor engagement strategist, I cultivate and steward relationships that drive meaningful philanthropy in support of Duke University Chapel’s mission. By blending data-driven insights with compelling storytelling, I help donors connect their passions with transformative opportunities—resulting in a 28% increase in annual fund giving in FY24.I manage a portfolio of engaged supporters, guiding them through the donor lifecycle to inspire major and annual gifts. My expertise in donor and foundation research enables targeted and impactful cultivation.Beyond frontline fundraising, I craft persuasive one-pagers, case statements, and media assets that articulate our vision and resonate with donors. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, I support the Chapel’s National Advisory Board (NAB), collaborating with its 24 most dedicated donors and ambassadors to strengthen governance, engagement, and philanthropic impact. I also lead the NAB Nominating Committee, overseeing prospect research, pipeline development, and strategic recommendations that shape the Chapel’s future leadership.Collaboration is at the heart of my work.
