Work in lock-step with the Product and Operational project team(s) to support on the interpretation of any/all technical-regulatory requirements and confirm product(s) are compliant-Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and 3rd-party test labs (e.g, GLI, BMM).• Maintain a deep understanding of domestic and international gaming regulations impacting technical compliance-Oversee the timely preparation and submission of technical packages for regulatory approval and certification + coordinate lab submissions and manage project timelines to meet go-to-market deadlines.• Track certification statuses and renewals across multiple jurisdictions.• Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Cross Product Management, and Legal to ensure compliance is integrated throughout product development.• Review and advise on product changes, updates, and enhancements from a compliance perspective-Lead US compliance team on project dissemination and organization-Consistent collaboration with legal and regulatory (affairs) teams - to stay abreast on all industry standards-Secure procurement with infrastructure teams on requirements for shipping and set up of hardware, software etc.(+ obtaining all necessary approvals)-Work closely with product vertical teams to identify, and improve on documented processes/procedures in place, including (but not limited to)- certification, release management/change management. As well as incident management requirements and reporting-Assist with relevant monthly/quarterly/annual audits, risk assessments and monitoring - as to suggest required actions as needed-Continually assess company products and technologies, including our safer gambling tools, to ensure they meet all state requirements-Prepare and maintain Central database for approvals, relevant reports, state specific updates and overall communications to the business-Training team members on compliance protocols.
