He acts in that capacity on secondment from Holland & Knight, where he is a partner and the firm’s director of international law and policy. In parallel, Mr. Wool has had a long academic career, and is currently a senior research fellow at the Commercial Law Centre, Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford.
