Administers and tracks reliability Operation Event Report (OER) Reviews. Analyzes data and identifies trends in drilling equipment failure modes. Drives the forensic process and follows up with corrective action development and procedural improvements. Compiles reports for management and coordinates with rig operations, OEM, and TFS/Engineering to understand and communicate failure data. Ensures timely execution of forensic activities, compilation of failure reports, and closure of corrective action; including tracking of solution implementation and verification of effectiveness.
