Investment Adviser Representative and Head of Corporate Strategy as well as Compliance Officer for the firm. I focus on our alternative and renewable energy private equity practice in conjunction with our CFO and tax practice partners regarding tax-advantaged cleantech infrastructure/real asset investments, deal structuring, and securitization. We\'ve structured everything for clients ranging from normal Reg D\'s, to global side-by-sides, master-feeders, to full ground up Reg CF through Reg D, and on to public offering. I am our in-house energy subject matter expert. I\'ve been in the energy industry in either policy, financing, or operations for over 15 years on both sides of the Pacific. I also head up our sustainability and climate risk assessments including offset calculations. Part of my duties include analyzing and running LCOE, DCF, RAROC, and other RARM calculations for investment offerings using various types of energy generation, generation components, and energy storage-which is the best part of my job. Excel is amazingly useful.
