About Jeffrey Watters
Sometimes successful business people create wealth in their lifetime and an unintended consequence can be family members arguing over who gets what after they are gone. When this happens, I step in to help straighten things out, with use of the courts if necessary, and help the family navigate the sometimes confusing probate process. Some examples of recent matters I\'ve worked on include- resolving a case involving a multibillion dollar family partnership- successfully defending an action involving construction of a will, and - too many disputes between family members to count.When I\'m not practicing law, you can find me at a Zumba or spin class, the softball fields, or winning competitions for best legal briefs on Twitter (see below to see my winning entry).
