In addition to serving clients, I enjoy focusing on business development, mentoring and recruiting.As Treasurer, I work with our CFO and together we are responsible for the budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting activities of the firm. I am also a member of our Executive Board which oversees the direction and strategic planning of the firm in unison with our Managing Partner. Being a top 100 firm in the USA (#89) with 375+ team members, working under our work from anywhere policy, requires creative vision and continued monitoring and forecasting to ensure we remain on track with our laser focused strategic plan.
