I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the storeroom inventory, providing courteous, professional service to both internal and external stakeholders, and promptly resolving any issues that arise. I supervise Storeroom Attendants to ensure the smooth operation of the storeroom. In this role, I work closely with maintenance technicians, engineering personnel, and maintenance supervisors to meet inventory needs. I generate inventory reports using SAP and other programs to track stock levels and maintain proper inventory management. Additionally, I investigate, implement, and sustain new inventory management systems as necessary. I make sure the storeroom is always orderly and well-stocked, and I create and maintain systems to accommodate changing lead times for parts needed for maintenance work
