Experienced Digital Advertising Solutions who has provided complex digital advertising solutions to some of the largest advertisers and publishers in the world. Over 10 years experience at Google providing advertising solutions including banner, interstitial, video, mobile web, mobile app, connected TV, and audio solutions to publishers in the gaming, entertainment, news, automotive and financial industries. My passion is helping clients exceed their expectations of what advertising can to do help grow their company. With the tools that are available on the market right now for online programmatic advertising, a partner knowledgeable in these tools is a must for any growing company.The last year I have been working with SaaS vendors such as Zendesk, TalkDesk, Smartsheet, and others as a main POC for the vendors at TaskUs. I have also learned the various SaaS applications to provide initial support to our TaskUs team, escalating to the vendor, if needed.I have spent the past 16 years in the technical support industry, mostly in online ad operations. I have worked with Pick Basic, ASP based web applications, XML, HTML, Flash, JavaScript, and Windows Based applications. In my education, I have worked with Oracle 10g, Java, C++, and Perl, although some have been a long time ago. My soft skills include project management courses and I am a Certified Support Professional. My custom service skills were honed in the hospitality industry. Over the last 9 years, I have been working in online ad operations as a Technical Manager for all publisher and some advertiser ad serving products from DoubleClick and Google. This includes DFP, DFA, Ad Exchange (where I was one of the original Technical Managers on the product and continue to work with it), and AdSense.Specialties: customer service, internet security, ASP and Platform based support of applications in online advertising and automobile industry.
