We built out the 18, 19th floor and demoed out 22nd floor. Each floor was about SQFT. This build out was with High end IOC office fronts, With full tile lobby’s and hallways with pristine clean finishes. There office and Conference rooms received fabric wrap panels, with millwork inserts. All work surfaces were fully powered and made operational with horizontal operation. This job was brought in on time and below budget at 18 weeks from start to finish.
