   Part of the enterprise technology organization, responsible for the Enterprise Data & Integration Services team consisting of over 100 employee and contract resources across multiple domestic and international locations. Directly oversee the data operations, enterprise data architecture, data delivery and data infrastructure teams. Led the creation and execution of the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap. • Partnering with senior leadership from across Abbvie, developed and executed an enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap to expand data management capabilities. • Architected, built and ran a world class cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). The EDP brought together a wide range of capabilities from big data and NoSQL to Advanced Analytics and Data Science tools. Enabled secure federated to 100’s of terabytes of data in multiple physical environments both domestic and international. • Developed and executed an enterprise search and content management strategy that included the implementation of a search platform enabling users to find content from document repositories, Share Point, file shares, etc. • Established a new data organization to build and support enterprise data capabilities and platforms across a largely decentralized company. • Established an enterprise master data management (MDM) framework and standard that provided a foundation for the Financial MDM Hub.• Built a team for rapid development and deployment of Microsoft Power platform applications. This team created multiple enterprise applications to help manage COVID reporting and return of office. Also, built applications to support the integration of acquired companies into Abbvie systems, security and infrastructure. • Built and fostered relationships with senior technology and business leaders to ensure resources are focused properly and delivering high value capabilities.
