Improved test programs that run on the HDMT ATE. Developed manufacturing test hardware for Sort and Class. Utilized custom SW tools to define the Test Specification for high volume manufacturing hardware. Defined power supply usage, test channel assignments, loop back blocks, and discrete components required for test. Generated and modified schematics. Utilized Cadence Allegro for schematic work as well as reviewing newly created layouts.
