With 26 years of dedicated experience in civil engineering and urban land development, I’m driven by a simple but powerful principle: understanding and amplifying my client\'s vision to achieve transformative results. My journey has taken me from structural design and inspection to leading the development and construction of complex residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Southeast.Currently, as the Regional Delivery Leader at Stantec, I oversee the delivery of some of the most ambitious projects in the region. One such project is a groundbreaking 2 million square foot solar panel manufacturing facility in Atlanta—a venture set to become the largest of its kind in the Western Hemisphere. My role involves personal focus and engagement in major project delivery, coaching and training project managers, and leading innovation. I’m also responsible for overseeing health and safety leadership, risk management, and compliance with our project management framework.My career has been marked by a passion for not just meeting but exceeding client expectations. From managing entitlements and permitting across various jurisdictions to detailed site assessments and designs, my approach combines technical expertise with a collaborative spirit. I’ve also championed growth and balance within my team, ensuring that we’re always ready to tackle new challenges with creativity and precision.Outside the office, you might catch me cruising on my Harley Springer Classic, finding escape and solace on the open road. or on my mountain bike, conquering challenging climbs and experiencing the rush of a downhill.
