As a Team Administrator, I am responsible for organizing the flow of information for a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, ensuring that all parties involved in a project have the information they need to be successful from conception to completion. By handling scheduling, formatting documents for engineers and construction partners, and creating an open line of communication for our engineers to understand all details needed for a project, I enable our team to function effectively and seamlessly. Additionally, I manage accounts receivable for our team, collaborating with the accounting team to confirm payments on projects. Aside from my regular administrative duties for my team, I also provide project management assistance, sitting in on project meetings and jumping in when necessary to help the team keep projects moving forward as scheduled. I also serve on the Wellness Committee at JSE, organizing events that promote the health and wellness of our team and provide the opportunity for us to come together outside of the office.
