About Jeffrey Pruett
Mr. Pruett has over 34 years of post-graduate geotechnical engineering and materials testing experience. He serves UES as a Vice President, a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, and a Design/Build Project Manager. As geotechnical Engineer of Record, Mr. Pruett develops geotechnical scopes and oversees field exploration and plans development. He also serves as the Foundation Geotechnical Engineer of Record for PDA, PIT, and CSL deep foundation testing.Mr. Pruett has been the geotechnical engineer of record (GEOR) on dozens of DOT deep foundations projects. He has designed driven piling, drilled shafts (straight and belled) and micro-piles for foundation support and implemented the load testing requirements of each project. His load testing experience includes PDA testing of driven piles, Statnamic testing, O-cell testing of shafts and pull testing of and static load testing of micro-piles. As GEOR he has over-seen the foundation installation during construction and certified the foundations following the completion of each foundation units.
