With business objectives and company culture top of mind, I provide internal communications and employee engagement consulting, including strategy, planning and delivery. I am also available for interim leadership assignments as part of the larger corporate communications team.Current example:As the lead internal communications consultant for a recent Labcorp acquisition, I partner with senior business-line leaders, HR and the integration management office from both companies. Our shared objective is a unified, fully integrated group of highly-skilled employees who never lose focus on patients and customers while building the market for genetic testing. In this interim leadership role, I report to Labcorp\'s Chief Communications Officer and work closely with many other members of her team to ensure my work is aligned with Labcorp culture and communications norms.Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Employee Communications: Deliver messaging and engagement opportunities that facilitate transparent dialogue, ensure leadership vision for path forward is clear and keep employees informed and engaged. Tactics include town halls, smaller group meetings, mass emails and listening through internal social channels. Cultural Integration: Partner with HR to align the cultures of both companies, crafting messaging and opportunities that build a unified workforce. Organizational Design: Support senior executives in communicating organizational changes. Tactical Integration: In partnership with IT, HR, Total Rewards and others, ensure employees of the acquired company are equipped to do their jobs, understand/are prepared for future changes, enroll in benefits and know where to go for support.
