Responsible for all Physical Security efforts, which includes ensuring optimal safety of all administrative offices, financial centers and ATMs. Responsible for the selection, purchase, installation, management, and maintenance of all alarm systems, surveillance equipment, physical keys, access badges/controls, life safety devices, and landscaping/lighting using CPTED principles. Manage all Physical Security\'s activities pertaining to due diligence, request for proposals, vendor selections and associated agreements/contracts, as well as maintain ongoing vendor relationships; monitor agreement/contract requirements to ensure all expectations are met. Prepare and manage the Physical Security financial plan for all administrative offices, financial centers and ATMs that contains the necessary security budget items for operating expenses, real estate purchases, new construction, renovations, facilities and landscaping enhancements, leasehold improvements, periodic maintenance/servicing, equipment/system upgrades, etc. Manage access control and badge programming responsibilities for new employees. Routinely perform comprehensive security and safety inspections for all administrative offices, financial centers and ATMs, as well as periodic testing and audits of various security systems and equipment. Ensure all Physical Security documents, such as contracts, agreements, leases, warranties, maintenance, etc. are properly retained and follow record retention guidelines. Develop, maintain and present routine security related reports to various management and committees. Develop and maintain all Physical Security programs, policies, procedures and guidelines. Contribute to the development, maintenance, implementation and periodic testing of Business Continuity Plan. Assume the role of Facilities Response Assistant Team Leader.
