Accountable for the Procurement performance and deliverables required to plan and execute all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Capex projects for IA Specialty Care and for R&D. • Define and execute the Procurement strategy for Specialty care and R&D Tier1 and Tier 2 CapEx projects • Responsible for meeting overall cost savings and performance targets. • Find innovative approaches levering the suppliers network to optimize project cost and bring additional value to the business • Build organizational capability through skill development, coaching and training. • Lead transversal optimization projects across the CapEx domain • Manage a team of buyers in North America (direct report) and a team of buyers working more specifically on Specialty Care and R&D projects • Ensure the network of buyers supporting Specialty Care and R&D projects on equipment and construction services is delivering on time and on quality • Ensure the right level of business partnering with Specialty Care Engineering team and ensure that Procurement fully contributes to IA Specialty Care strategic CapEx objectives • Define and implement in North America the Capex procurement strategy, based on the global Capex strategy.
