JD North & Associates is a residential real estate appraisal firm founded in 2001. Jeff began his career with a startup company in 1997 as the first staff appraiser working his way up to Vice President with daily responsibilities of marketing new accounts, maintaining existing customer base, managed the daily operations of the company, responsible for supervision and training of nine appraisers while maintaining a level of production of a full time staff appraiser. After 5 years and no room for further advancement his entrepreneurial spirit directed him to start his own venture in 2001 JD North & Associates, LLC. Within 3 years his company grew from a staff of 2 working from his basement to a staff of 12 full time appraisers and 2 full time office assistants. In 2004, capitalizing on his appraisal experience he started Total Home Restoration & Rehab, LLC a real estate investment company that purchases residential property, renovates it and either sells or rents when completed. Mr. North has over 20 years of experience in real property appraising all within the Kansas City metro area. His diverse experience consists of Standard Mortgage Appraisals, FHA Appraisals, Investment/Construction Loan Appraisals, Divorce Appraisals, Multi Family Appraisals, REO Appraisals, Litigation/Expert Witness, Estate and Tax Appraisals, Land Valuation, Real Estate Investment and Assessment Appeal Services.
