ABOUT JEFFREY NEWMAN

Having served as a member of the executive management team of successful startup Fintechs, Jeff has experienced every stage in the creation and financing of private and public companies and overseen the development and expansion of complex, regulated payments and software businesses in the US, Europe and Asia. Jeff currently serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee of Paysign, Inc, a public company that provides prepaid card programs, comprehensive medical patient affordability offerings and digital banking services. He is a Non-Executive Director of Vitesse Trust Company LLC, the US arm of the UK payments company Vitesse PSP, which offers a suite of fiduciary, custody, payment and related foreign exchange services to the insurance industry. Jeff previously served as General Counsel of two companies: Dama Financial, a private VC backed company that acted as an agent of banks in providing compliance, banking, payments, and software services to the cannabis industry and Euronet Worldwide, Inc, a public payments company that grew from a start up to an international business with over employees and offices in over 60 countries. During the 22 years Jeff was at Euronet, he was responsible for all legal affairs including the creation and establishment of new and highly innovative payment services in new markets in Europe, Asia and the US. He was also responsible for all major corporate M&A and financing transactions, regulatory audits and inquiries and for preparing for, conducting and documenting all of Euronet\'s quarterly Board and Committee meetings. In addition to his professional directorships, Mr. Newman serves as Vice Chair and member of the Governance Committee of CASA of Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization that organizes community volunteers to provide support and advocate for children in the Los Angeles child and juvenile welfare system. Jeff has been a CASA volunteer for over 10 years.
