I am a Managing Director in the Disputes, Claims & Investigations practice for the firm, specializing in financial expert/consulting services and forensic investigations. While experienced as a financial expert in many different types of litigation, such as breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, and fraud claims, I also co-head Stout\'s Transaction Disputes practice nationally. The Transaction Disputes practice focuses on working capital, earnout, breaches of representations and warranties, and representation and warranty insurance (RWI) matters/claims. I also frequently serve as a neutral in certain types of disputes. Based in Ohio, I serve as an expert across the country.
