ABOUT JEFFREY MINCHER
After completing my engineering apprenticeship in the Royal Navy I left in 2004 and joined the railway working for Bombardier Transportation as a Warranty Technician. This involved component changes, MOD\'s, Commissioning and in-depth fault finding with class 377 electro stars and 171 turbo star units. In 2006 this experience and knowledge led to me joining Southern railway as a Planning Supervisor located at Selhurst train care depot. In 2010 this role evolved into a new position being created and removed from the depot. The role was moved to the newly built Three Bridges Rail Operating Centre, and subsequently promoted to a Fleet Control Manager, where I stayed until 2014.In 2014 I, moved from the ROC as a Fleet Control manager and moved to Brighton Depot as a production manager.
