About Jeffrey Massey
Aviation has been a lifelong passion of mine. I began my career as a pilot, earned my Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, Inspection authorization, and gained hands-on experience in avionics and aircraft maintenance. This diverse background led me into a technical sales role, where I further expanded my understanding of the industry.Since then, I have had the privilege of building a maintenance hangar from the ground up, leading a team of 26 professionals across three departments. My career has since progressed to my current role, where I manage two aircraft under Part 135 operations for a private flight department.Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in avionics, composite and sheet metal repair and fabrication, conformity, quality control, inspection, maintenance, and sales. I am driven by a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, striving every day to embody excellence through discipline, humility, and hard work.
