Working with the Early Careers team to run company inductions with grads & apprentices across the UK• Co-delivering training & development sessions with the L&D team for apprentices and grads to teach them how to build their soft skills as part of their professional development • Attending career fairs in universities across the UK to promote our graduate roles• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across all levels in the company • Having regular catch ups with apprentices and grads to coach, mentor and support them as part of their roles.• Regularly communicating with line managers to advise and support them with queries regarding their apprentices and grads• Working with colleges, universities and training providers to enrol our apprentices & employees onto their apprenticeship programmes.• Setting up assessment centres across the UK with the Early Careers team as part of the recruitment process for the apprenticeship and grad roles we’re hiring for
