TeraView’s TeraCota3500 inline sensor provides real-time feedback on electrode coating thickness, density, and conductivity during production. Integrating this data with process control and plant SCADA systems can reduce costs and accelerate scaling by minimizing scrap and enhancing line efficiency. Additionally, archived data can improve the characterization and tracking of battery cells.Automotive Paint Coating Quality: The quality of automotive paint coatings is essential for customer satisfaction and vehicle durability. The sensor offers a non-contact, non-destructive method to measure the thickness of multiple paint layers.
